What Does a New Boiler Cost, Fitted?
With Mr Reactive, a new combi boiler supplied and fitted starts from £1,950 including VAT. The price depends mainly on the boiler you choose and how much work your home needs. You get a written quote before anything is agreed.

The warranties shown are the manufacturer’s and depend on their conditions, such as registering the boiler and having it serviced every year.
What changes the price
- The boiler itself. A longer warranty and a higher output cost more.
- Like-for-like swap or a move. Putting the new boiler where the old one was is the simplest job. Moving it to another room means new pipework and a new flue route.
- Changing boiler type. Going from a system or regular boiler to a combi means removing tanks and changing pipework.
- The flue. A longer or awkward flue route adds materials and time.
What is included
Your written quote lists the boiler, labour, controls, filter, system cleaning, flue work, disposal, commissioning and registration that are included, plus any exclusions. Any additional work is explained in the quote before you agree to go ahead.
How we take payment
Cash or card. We do not offer finance.
Repair or replace?
A repair is usually the better choice when the boiler is fairly young and the fault is a one-off. Replacing starts to make sense when repairs are becoming frequent, or a single repair would cost a large share of a new boiler. If you are not sure, a repair visit starts from £96 and the engineer will tell you honestly which way they would go.
